Special emphasis is always placed on first impressions, and the 90 day period after buying a new vehicle is crucial to the formulation of opinions. J.D. Power and Associates recognizes this and conducts their annual Initial Quality Survey (IQS) during this time frame to accurately gauge customer satisfaction through honest feedback. This year, Shore Toyota is pleased to inform drivers in the Mays Landing, NJ area that one of the new Toyota models in our showroom has won first place in its segment.
The 2013 Toyota Camry has topped the competitive mid-size sedan division in customer satisfaction based upon the IQS survey results. This means that out of all the vehicles considered, owners had the least amount of issues with their new Camry.
It is difficult for us to act like we are shocked at these results, after all the Camry has sold over 10 million models in the United States since 1983, with many of them still cruising the open road. It's an undeniable fact that Toyota Camry's have a reputation for being reliable and remains one of the best-selling autos from year to year.
However the Camry wasn't the only Toyota model that was recognized for pleasing customers. The Sequoia and FJ Cruiser each took a spot in the large and compact CUV segments, respectively. The Corolla also took a top three spot of its own in the compact car division.
Overall, Toyota owners are extremely satisfied with their new vehicles and if you're not already a Toyota driver, we invite you to visit us at 4236 Black Horse Pike for a test drive.
