Even though there was one less selling day this February than last year that still puts the rate up by 4.3 percent.
Bill Fay, group vice president and general manager of the Toyota Division remarks that despite the severe winter storms, community concerns about the federal budget and gas prices rising sales were still high. He concludes that this is a good indication of the strength in the market.
Models like the:
- The Camry, which sold 31,270 units
- The Avalon, which saw a sales increase of 63.1 percent
- And the RAV4, which 13,329 units
Have kept drivers coming back for more over the past month. Shore Toyota looks forward to what March has in store for sales as well as the rest of the 2013 year.
